By using Pomoflo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The Service
Pomoflo is a productivity application that provides Pomodoro timer functionality, task management, focus analytics, and AI-powered coaching. We strive to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Pomoflo.
Free & Pro Plans
Pomoflo offers a free tier with core features and a Pro subscription with advanced features. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly, yearly, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Pomoflo — do not attempt to reverse-engineer the app, abuse the AI Coach system, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
Pomoflo, its design, code, and content are owned by us. You retain ownership of any data you create within the app (tasks, notes, etc.).
Limitation of Liability
Pomoflo is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at contact@nationalalliedservices.com.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of Pomoflo after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes.
