We collect only what's necessary to make Pomoflo work: your email address (for account creation), focus session data (timer history, tasks, streaks), app usage analytics (crash reports, feature usage), and device information (OS version, app version for debugging). If you use AI Coach, your chat messages are processed to generate responses but are not stored permanently.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide and improve Pomoflo — calculating your focus score, generating AI insights, syncing across devices, and fixing bugs. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond making the app better for you.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Period. We may use trusted service providers (cloud hosting, analytics) who process data on our behalf under strict agreements.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. We retain your data only as long as your account is active.
Your Rights
